Overview:
1.1 The joint flushing testing machine is mainly designed for customers to provide testing requirements and relevant testing standards. Based on industry testing standards such as GB/T5816-2003/ISO7241-2:2000 and customer testing requirements, the original equipment will be modified and customized. The main components of the testing machine include: constant temperature equipment, testing release and plugging fixtures, constant voltage unit, control system, and other major components.
The constant temperature equipment and plug-in mechanism are provided by the customer and installed using the existing testing equipment on site. The constant pressure device, control panel, and pressure constant pressure and current assembly are provided by our company.
1.2The constant pressure device, operating console, and pressure constant pressure and current assembly in the testing equipment are mainly assembled from aluminum profiles. The control system is our self-developed upper computer control software, and the 17 inch touch screen displays relevant test data. Stable operation, simple and convenient maintenance. Touchscreen human-machine dialogue interface, with simple software design and convenient operation; All parameter settings and status information
display for each workstation are completed on the touch screen; Display and record product information, testing time, testing frequency, testing time, pressure value display, insertion and extraction force display and other parameters on the operation panel. And it can be judged by PLC itself The test bench is equipped with functions such as fault alarm, counting to alarm, automatic saving of detection data, automatic statistics of test data, and safety protection devices such as leakage protection and undervoltage protection. The relevant detection data can be exported through USB.
1.3 The overall structure layout of the equipment is compact and reasonable, with modular disassembly design. Each functional unit is independent and coordinated with each other, making it easy for later component maintenance, replacement, and site relocation. The overall appearance of the equipment is neat, and the aluminum profile frame is corrosion-resistant and has good load-bearing capacity, which can adapt to the normal testing environment in the workshop for a long time.
1.4 The equipment action logic relies on precise scheduling of PLC programs, which can automatically complete the complete set of testing actions such as constant temperature supply of media, constant pressure conveying, and reciprocating insertion and extraction of joints according to preset processes. It supports single station independent testing mode and can also set a cyclic testing process according to needs. The automation level is high, greatly reducing manual intervention operations.
1.5 The test parameters have flexible and adjustable characteristics, and can be set as needed according to different specifications of joint products, including test pressure range, medium constant temperature, insertion and extraction running speed, single insertion and extraction stroke, cycle testing times, etc. It is suitable for the testing needs of multiple joint samples of the same type and has strong universality.
1.6 The safety protection system is complete. In addition to leakage and undervoltage protection, it is also equipped with pressure limit warning, mechanical limit protection, and emergency stop cut-off control functions. When sudden situations such as abnormal pressure, mechanism jamming, or circuit failure occur, the equipment can be immediately stopped and locked to avoid equipment damage and operational safety risks.
1.7 The data management function is complete. In addition to automatic storage, local statistics, and USB offline export, the data format is standardized and readable. It can be directly integrated with office software for organizing and archiving, facilitating product quality traceability, test report preparation, and batch testing data analysis, meeting the requirements of quality inspection archiving and project verification.
1.8 The equipment operates with low noise, and the medium conveying and mechanical insertion and extraction run smoothly without severe vibration. The operation process will not cause interference to surrounding instruments and equipment and workshop environment; Regular cleaning of pipelines, checking of wiring tightness, and calibration of pressure values are all required for daily operations, resulting in low maintenance costs and long service life of the entire machine.
1.9 The software and hardware compatibility is good. The self-developed upper computer system can stably adapt to the data signal interaction of external constant temperature equipment and plug-in fixtures, and can synchronize the operating status and temperature values of third-party supporting devices in real time. The signal transmission of the entire equipment is smooth, and there will be no problems such as data delay or instruction failure.
1.10 Equipment installation and modification conform to the installation dimensions and interface specifications of the original devices on site, without the need for large-scale changes to the original equipment structure. It is easy to disassemble and connect, with a short debugging cycle. After the modification, it can be quickly put into the actual joint flushing, plugging and testing process, effectively improving the efficiency of the original detection equipment.
