The oil fume generation device uses a method of quantitatively adding edible vegetable oil and water to a heating container to make it smoke, splash, and vaporize, simulating the continuous and stable generation of oil fume in actual smoke composition. The equipment mainly includes two parts: an adjustable oil-water quantitative dosing system and an electric heating temperature control system,. The equipment for oil fume generation should ensure that the average concentration change of oil fume within 10 minutes is less than 5%. The oil fume generation capacity of the oil fume generation equipment can be adjusted, with a maximum oil fume generation capacity of not less than 60mg/m ³. (Refer to the standard "HJ/T62-2001 Technical Requirements and Testing Technical Specifications for Cooking Fume Purification Equipment in the Catering Industry")
