The equipment is equipped with standardized pressure equalization boxes, electric throttle adjustment components, high-precision pressure and flow detection units, supporting automatic compensation and correction of atmospheric pressure and temperature environmental parameters, strictly benchmarking the requirements of national standard testing conditions, effectively avoiding interference from environmental factors on test data, and ensuring the accuracy, repeatability, and authority of test results.

Main technical parameters

This vacuum cleaner air performance testing bench is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T20291.1-2014 "Household Vacuum Cleaners Part 1: Performance Testing Methods for Dry Vacuum Cleaners", and is compatible with the relevant international testing standards IEC60312. It is a professional testing equipment for integrated testing of air performance and electrical performance of dry vacuum cleaners and vacuum cleaner specific motors, fully meeting the requirements of industry quality inspection, product development, factory calibration, type testing and other full scenario testing.
