1. QC/T 1177-2022 "Condensers for Automotive Air Conditioning"
The authoritative core standard for automotive air conditioning condensers specifies three sealing testing methods, pressure parameters, and qualification thresholds:
-Rough inspection: Fill nitrogen gas at 3.43MPa, maintain pressure for 3 minutes, no bubbles, no pressure drop;
-Precision helium testing: total leakage rate ≤ 1 × 10 ⁻ 5 mbar · L/s, tightened to ≤ 1 × 10 ⁻ Pa · m ³/s for high-end new energy vehicle models;
-Pressure resistance strength: 4.41MPa, maintain pressure for 3 minutes without leakage or deformation; Explosion pressure ≥ 8.8MPa does not explode;
-Vacuum resistance: The pressure rise rate after negative pressure is ≤ 0.5kPa/min.
2. QC/T 664 (old version) "Technical Conditions for Automotive Air Conditioning Condensers"
The existing production line of the old fuel powered models will continue to use the basic standards for nitrogen pressure and airtightness, as well as water immersion bubble determination. The new project will be replaced with QC/T1177-2022 as a priority.
3. QC/T 1078 "General Specification for Helium Leak Detection of Automotive Heat Exchanger Devices"
Standardize the helium inspection process, equipment calibration, and data archiving requirements for heat exchange components such as automotive condensers, evaporators, and storage tanks.
2. General national standard for helium testing
1. GB/T 15823-2009 "Non destructive testing - Methods for detecting helium leaks"
The legal basis for all helium detection equipment in China stipulates the overall leak detection of vacuum boxes, fixed-point leak detection of suction guns, instrument calibration, and environmental background control. All helium detection models must comply with these requirements.
2. GB/T 18443.5 "Vacuum technology - Leak detection methods - Part 5: Helium mass spectrometry leak detection method"
Constrain the hardware indicators of vacuum pump, helium detection unit vacuum degree, pumping speed, and leak detection sensitivity.
3. GB 150, GB/T 16508 "Code for pressure testing of pressure vessels"
Control pressure resistance, pre check air pressure leakage upper limit, and safety clauses for overpressure protection.
