1. The battery combustion injection test device adopts a fully enclosed box structure, and the mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment body are isolated. The entire device is equipped with a pressure relief chamber to ensure that in the event of a battery explosion, the gas and debris generated during the explosion can be instantly discharged through the pressure relief chamber inside and outside;

The smoke and dust generated during the experiment are evacuated by the exhaust fan inside the box;

The working chamber of the battery combustion test device has moderate corrosion resistance and easy cleaning functions, and can withstand the erosion of corrosive liquids generated by battery explosions, making it easy to clean. The electrolyte generated by the explosion of lithium batteries during battery testing will be discharged through the drainage pipeline of the equipment to ensure that the interior of the equipment is not corroded by the battery electrolyte.
