The battery free fall test device complies with the requirements of free fall test items in standards such as GB31241-2014 GB8897.4-2002, GB/T18287-2000, IEC60086-4:2000, IEC62133:2002, UL1642:2006, SN/T11413-2004, SN/T1414.3-2004, etc.
1.2 Test requirements
In the above standards, the requirements for the free fall test are slightly different. The battery free fall test device needs to meet all of the following test requirements:
1) Drop the battery sample freely from a height (low point height) of 1000mm onto a hard wooden board with a thickness of 18mm to 20mm placed on a cement floor, and drop it freely once in each of the X, Y, Z positive and negative directions (six directions).
2) The battery should be freely dropped six times from a height of 1m onto a hardwood board, and the battery should be dropped twice on each plane.
3) The battery should be dropped from a height of 1m onto the concrete surface, and each tested battery should be dropped six times.
