The battery extrusion testing machine meets the requirements GB8897.4-2002、GB/T18287-2000、IEC60086-4: 2000、IEC62133: 2002、UL1642: 2006、SN/T1413-2004、SN/T1414.3-2004 According to the requirements of the compression test in the standard
Application of battery compression testing machine: Used for compression testing of lithium primary batteries and other primary batteries, as well as lithium-ion batteries (used for digital electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, cameras, etc.), nickel hydrogen, nickel cadmium, and lead-acid batteries (used for products such as power tools, toys, electric bicycles, etc.)
Technical specifications for battery compression testing machine:
1 Scope of application
1.1 Applicable standards for battery compression testing machine
The battery compression test device complies with the requirements of compression tests specified in standards such as GB8897.4-2002, GB/T18287-2000, IEC60086-4:2000, IEC62133:2002, UL1642:2006, SN/T11413-2004, and SN/T1414.3-2004.
1.2 Test requirements for battery compression testing machine
In the above standards, the requirements for battery compression testing are slightly different. The battery compression testing device needs to meet all of the following test requirements:
1) The battery is compressed between two planes, and the compression force is applied through a hydraulic piston with a diameter of 32mm. The compression continues until it reaches 17.2 MPa, with a force of 13 kN applied. When the maximum pressure is reached, the pressure is released.
2) The squeezing equipment should be able to provide a squeezing force of 1140 ± 20N on all test surfaces of the battery. Place the battery between two flat hardwood boards (with a minimum thickness of 12.7mm) and squeeze them. Gradually increase the pressure to 1140 ± 20N and maintain this pressure for at least 1 minute.
3) The test battery is squeezed between two planes, and a squeezing force of 13kN is applied through a vise or a hydraulic arm with a piston diameter of 32mm. The squeezing continues until the pressure gauge reading on the hydraulic device reaches 17MPa. Once the maximum pressure is reached, the squeezing is released.
