Through testing, various parameters of the pneumatic diaphragm pump before leaving the factory were tested, including suction test, minimum starting air pressure test, working condition noise test, working condition vibration test, working condition flow rate test, static pressure holding test, chamber changing dynamic pressure holding test, peak flow rate test, etc., and controlled by the upper computer control software. Automatically determine NG and OK modes by setting relevant test parameters, upper and lower limit parameters, and other judgment parameters. Automatically record and generate corresponding pressure flow curves for relevant test parameters. The system automatically saves and generates test reports, etc.

1.2 The main body of the equipment is made of 40X80 non induced steel square tube profiles, welded with 304 # non induced steel water tank, and assembled using aluminum profiles and sheet metal, effectively solving the problems of on-site transportation and installation. The overall testing equipment has a single workstation, and the testing platform adopts a stepped structure to place samples. The front of the equipment is the water pump testing area, with an operating height of 800mm. The back of the equipment is the water tank placement area.

1.3 Connect the water pump outlet by adjusting the adapter, and connect the outlet with the top hose and our independently developed quick release fixture. The workstation is equipped with supporting operation indicator lights, batch needle pressure gauges, electric valves, start button switches, independent emergency stop buttons, and related work operation indicator lights.

1.4 Use 304 # hose and our independently developed quick release fixture for water outlet docking. PLC program control, equipped with a 10 inch touch independent display screen, pipe diameter switching device, pointer pressure gauge+high-precision pressure sensor, switch electric valve, start button switch, independent emergency stop button, related work operation indicator lights, etc.

1.5 PLC control, one click start test. The system automatically determines whether the product is qualified or unqualified, and displays it through the qualified and unqualified indicator lights. The relevant test data (qualified - green light, unqualified - red light with sound and light alarm) can be exported and printed through USB. The testing machine adopts ergonomic design, and the equipment operation adopts a self-developed system, which is easy to operate and does not require a dedicated person to operate.
