The main body of the equipment is made of 40X80 non induced steel square tube profiles, welded with 304 # non induced steel water tank, and assembled using aluminum profiles and sheet metal, effectively solving the problems of on-site transportation and installation. The overall testing equipment has a single workstation, and the testing platform adopts a stepped structure to place samples.

 The front of the equipment is the water pump testing area, with an operating height of 800mm. The back of the equipment is the water tank placement area.

By adjusting the adapter to connect the water pump outlet, the top hose and our independently developed quick release fixture are used to connect the outlet. The workstation is equipped with supporting operation indicator lights, batch needle pressure gauges, electric valves, start button switches, independent emergency stop buttons, and related work operation indicator lights.
