 temperature, pressure, flow rate, head, electrical parameters, etc., collect real-time test data of the tested washing pump, and automatically generate 

flow head performance curves; The equipment is divided into seven modules: testing station module, medium temperature control water tank module, 

hydraulic pipeline module, sensing and measurement module, DC power supply module, PWM signal control module, and PLC programmable data acquisition software module.

2. The test bench can achieve precise control of pressure, flow rate, and head. We use the PLC control system developed by our company for control. 

Real time detection and control of test parameters such as water supply pressure, working temperature, pressure, flow rate, head, and electrical parameters. 

And automatically record relevant detection parameters, automatic collection and processing of experimental data, and automatic data saving. Real time 

display of test parameters, as well as storage and recording of test results, such as test times, test pressure, etc; Users export through USB.

The frame of the 3 detection platform is assembled with aluminum profiles, with an aluminum profile frame and a 304 # sheet metal sealing plate structure. 

The overall structural design adopts an integrated structure and a single workstation structure design The overall appearance of the equipment is coordinated 

and aesthetically pleasing. The internal pipeline adopts anti-corrosion PPR pipeline/silicone hose design. The equipment is easy to maintain, and the output 

connectors are arranged in a quick plug configuration, which is convenient and efficient. Each testing station is equipped with testing indicator lights, inlet 

and outlet pipes, pressure instruments, terminal posts, and other components. All major components are treated with waterproofing and rust prevention.

4. The detection platform detects water ionization, and the equipment reserves a PWM speed control interface to adapt to multiple caliber washing

 pump samples, meeting the needs of research and development verification and factory performance testing.
