1. The lifespan aging durability test of the finished washing pump is designed according to customer requirements and relevant testing standards. The device simulates the actual working conditions of water and electricity supply for washing pumps, and can simultaneously complete the long-term aging life verification of multiple washing pumps. It tests the stability and durability of the product under continuous working conditions,
exposes failure problems such as water pump short circuit, water leakage, and performance degradation in advance, and provides a hardware testing platform for product reliability verification. The whole machine is divided into five major components: mechanical rack water system, power supply unit, electrical control unit, human-machine interaction system, and safety protection system.
The equipment adopts a 30 station washing pump and conducts power and water aging life tests simultaneously; Each workstation's power and water supply can be independently controlled for power supply; Independent water and power supply, overcurrent short circuit protection, independent operation on/off time setting, can adapt to various inlet and outlet diameter washing pump samples by switching the diameter.
3. The testing platform rack is assembled using aluminum profiles, with an aluminum profile frame and a 304 # sheet metal sealing plate structure. The overall structural design adopts an integrated structure and a single workstation structure design The overall appearance of the equipment is coordinated and aesthetically pleasing. The internal pipeline adopts anti-corrosion PPR pipeline/silicone hose design. The equipment
is easy to maintain, and the output connectors are arranged in a quick plug configuration, which is convenient and efficient. Each testing station is equipped with testing indicator lights, inlet and outlet pipes, pressure instruments, terminal posts, and other components. All major components are treated with waterproofing and rust prevention.
