2. The equipment consists of a high-temperature and high humidity box, a pump body testing station and fixture, a fluid system (water supply and drainage system, positive and negative pressure system, flow control system), an electrical and drive system, a measurement and data acquisition system, an upper computer software system, and a safety protection system. All systems work together to achieve full process automation of pump life testing.

3. The equipment is suitable for life aging testing of electric breast pump bodies (diaphragm pumps, piston pumps, and other micro air/water pumps) under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and can also be extended for durability assessment of similar small pump products. It is recommended to install the equipment indoors, with an ambient temperature of 5-40 ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85% RH, a power supply of AC 380V/220V, and reliable grounding.

The equipment adopts a cabinet type integrated structure, mainly composed of an aging cabinet body, a pump body testing area, a fluid system, an electrical control system, and a PLC programmable control console. Arrange pump body testing stations (100 channels) in rows inside the cabinet, and integrate temperature and humidity control, positive and negative pressure air circuits, upper and lower water circuits, and electrical drive units; The electrical control cabinet is independently set up for easy maintenance; The upper computer console is placed next to the cabinet for parameter setting, monitoring, and data management.

5. In a controlled high-temperature and high humidity environment, simulate the actual working load of the pump body (positive and negative pressure, flow rate, speed, voltage, current, liquid medium, etc.), conduct synchronous life testing on multi-channel pump bodies, evaluate the life level of the pump body through parameter drift and failure situations, and provide data basis for product improvement and quality judgment.
