Product Mode： Fixed mode of products： Test Speed： Number of tests： Equipment size： Description: The washing machine test water supply system is composed of water softening device, water hardness ratio, constant pressure water supply, electrical parameter/water flow detection, constant temperature and constant pressure water supply pipeline, and control system. It mainly provides proportioning test water for washing machine performance test at constant temperature. Run under pressure water source, and evaluate the use of energy efficiency through relevant test data. Applicable standards: GB/T4288-2008 IEC60450 GB23118-2008 GB4706.24-2008 Electric washing machine for household and similar purposes; GB/T 23119-2008 Hard water IEC60456 for performance testing of household and similar electrical appliances.

Main technical parameters

1. Water hardness: 40-100ppm, automatic proportioning (optional manual/automatic).


2. The water conductivity of the water purifier is less than 10μs/CM (raw water is less than 500μs/CM)


3. Total water supply: 1--3 cubic meters per hour


4. Refrigeration water temperature: 5℃---50℃ can be set arbitrarily


5. Heating water temperature: RT+5-----90℃ can be set arbitrarily


6. Water supply pressure: outlet pressure (0.05-0.8MPa)
