Main functions and features:
1. It is composed of computer and American NI acquisition card (LABVIEW software) control system. It adopts electro-hydraulic servo control. The pulse pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily within the adjustment range, and the control is high.
2. Multi-channel and multi-station, multi-channel tests can be carried out at the same time without affecting each other. When the tested workpiece is blasted during the pulse test, it will not affect other workpieces to continue testing, realizing unattended, automatic recording and saving of experimental data and graphics in the computer.
3. Use computer for data collection, control and management. Pulse pressure, ambient temperature, medium temperature, number of tests, and waveform can all be set through the human-machine interface, and can be printed out.
4. The accumulator is used to supplement the pressure to improve the reliability, stability and service life of the pressurized system, while ensuring the pressure accuracy.
