The vacuum cleaner dust removal performance test is mainly aimed at the energy efficiency test of vacuum cleaner dust removal. The equipment is controlled by PLC and driven by PLC control servo mechanism. The vacuum cleaner simulates the actual working conditions and evaluates the dust removal ability of the vacuum cleaner. Through PLC-related setting and control, at a speed of 0.5M/s, the tested vacuum cleaner moves back and forth between the test floor and the carpet to simulate the actual working conditions. During the test, the system collects relevant parameters such as voltage, current, power, and electrical energy, and records relevant test data. The relevant test data can be exported and printed via USB. The test platform is widely used in the performance test of the dust removal ability of vacuum cleaners by various vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions.
