When the internal coil of the hysteresis dynamometer passes current, magnetic lines of force are generated and a magnetic circuit is formed. Torque, changing the excitation current can change the load torque.

Magnetic particle dynamometer
(1) The magnetic particle dynamometer is composed of a stator, a solid rotor, an excitation coil, a magnetic powder medium, a bracket, a base plate, etc. When the internal coil of the magnetic particle dynamometer passes current, a magnetic field is generated, so that the internal magnetic powder is arranged in a magnetic chain according to the magnetic line of force. The pulling force generated by the magnetic powder chain becomes the resistance to prevent the rotor from rotating, and this force is the load moment. The load torque can be changed by changing the excitation current.
(2) Suitable for occasions with high torque and low speed. Such as starter motor constant torque on-load starter, asynchronous motor, DC geared motor and constant tension control used in papermaking, textile and other industries.
