The floor scrubber torsion and swing test bench is mainly aimed at long-term torsion and swing life test on the position of the handle shaft and the floor brush shaft of the scrubber. The handle of the vacuum cleaner is clamped and fixed at both ends by the fixture, and the servo drive mechanism drives the handle to continuously reciprocate and swing for testing. When entering the impact life test, the operator can perform the torsion/swing test by switching the relevant test fixture and test mode.

   The test bench is controlled by PLC program and relevant parameters are set and recorded through a 7-inch touch screen. The equipment is assembled with aluminum profiles. The powder-sprayed sheet metal is assembled outside, which is beautiful and generous. It has the advantages of stable operation and convenient operation.
