I. Overview

  The comprehensive performance test equipment of the washing machine is a special equipment designed and manufactured according to the customer's requirements and related test requirements. The machine is controlled by PLC and displayed on a 7-inch monitor. The frame is assembled with profiles and 304 stainless steel sheet metal; using the independent research and development control system, the user can set the sample water volume, water volume, voltage, current, electric energy and other electrical parameters on the touch screen. At the same time, it is equipped with one-key automatic start test function, automatic judgment, automatic alarm, automatic shutdown after completion of the number of tests or failure. The relevant test data is exported by USB.

Control system: independent research and development, Japan's Mitsubishi PLC as the main module. The system is stable and easy to operate.

Water supply device: 2-position water pump independently supplies water. Flow control via control system

Steam volume detection device: 2 stations are independently controlled, and the weighing method is used for formula conversion calculation.
