Overview 1. The IEC test room is formulated in accordance with the relevant standards GB/T34454-2017, IEC62885-7, T/CAS 378, IEC62929: 2014 Standard Item 7.1 of the dry cleaning robot performance test method in the coverage test room standard. 2. It is mainly used to test the dust removal ability of the test vacuum robot covering the reachable area within a specified time in a specified standard room. By testing the internal layout of the room, a large wide-angle high-definition vision camera and a self-developed visual tracking object motion trajectory system are installed on the top to monitor the position coordinates of the moving objects in real time, and transmit the coordinate address to the host computer system. The coordinates collected by the camera Data for further algorithms and embedded deep learning, with high-definition visual cameras. Finally, the actual trajectory of the moving object is restored, and the trajectory is simulated and displayed. The relevant test data can be exported via USB.
2. Main components:
1. The test area is mainly assembled from the house with dimensions of 4 meters X 5 meters X 2.5 high in the room (in the attached photo, the building is constructed according to the customer's on-site drawings (as shown in the figure below). The test floor of the room is composed of pine boards. The top of the house is made of a square ceiling decorative surface. Measurement of the house: the overall size of the house, (length X width X height) the lighting illuminance and color temperature inside the house. The interior simulated furniture is distributed and placed in food cabinets and tables , chairs, sofas, open cabinets, floor lamps, power cords, obstacles, heater substrate grounds, carpets, grids, pressure lines and other actual test site simulation items.
