1. Overview: The vacuum cleaner battery charge and discharge life test machine is used to monitor the long time and interval time of the vacuum cleaner robot battery product to realize the charging and discharging test. Through the external program-controlled power supply, the 20-station battery is simulated and actually charged. The aluminum resistor acts as a load to discharge the battery. The testing machine adopts PLC and current acquisition module to take and judge the current change of charging and discharging of 20 channels. The system is independently developed by our company and is set by relevant parameters. The PLC displays and records the consumption voltage, current and power changes of each station in real time, as well as the charging time and times, and performs data recording and USB data export.
