Overview: 

the comprehensive life test equipment is mainly applicable to the washing machine in the carpet and different test floor of the resistance test, mobile aging test, the whole machine brush impact test, over the threshold test. The testing machine is controlled by PLC program, and the actual running life of the washing machine is recorded during the testing process. In the test, the force sensor calculates and records the friction force between the cleaning head and the carpet, and the impact force of the floor brush head. The related test data is exported by USB.

Test table can be laid carpet, floor tiles, solid wood floors and other simulated floor, with 0 -1 m/s adjustable speed for reciprocating linear movement to complete the aging of the movement, movement resistance, brush head impact, over the threshold and other life tests. And the PLC records the relevant test times, running time, running speed and other parameters.
