Vacuum cleaner cleaning performance test bench in accordance with GB/T20291.1-2014 IEC60312-2010 IEC62885-2-2020 and other relevant standards manufacturing, mainly for vacuum cleaner carpet, floor dust removal ability test, equipment through PLC control, the vacuum cleaner is driven by a servo mechanism to simulate the actual operating conditions on the test carpet/floor to conduct a comprehensive evaluation test on the dust removal ability test/cleaning ability test of the vacuum cleaner. The equipment through PLC related setting and control, with 0 -1 m/s adjustable speed drive the vacuum cleaner tested, in the test floor/carpet for reciprocating dust removal.

   During the test process, the system collects the relevant voltage, current, power, power and other parameters, and records the relevant test data. The related test data can be exported and printed via USB. Widely used in cleaning industry, vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing agencies to dust/cleaning capacity test
