The vacuum cleaner moving bed is mainly suitable for the vacuum cleaner on the test floor, long-life aging test. Different test floor is used to simulate the long-time running condition and durability test of vacuum cleaner. Users can be based on the actual simulation test, the test platform can be laid on the carpet, hard floor, tile and other materials.
The testing machine is controlled by PLC and adopts servo transmission mechanism to make the vacuum cleaner walk back and forth relatively on the test bench. To set the speed and test the number of times, so that the vacuum cleaner products under test, on the worktable for reciprocating straight-line walking movement.
The testing machine is controlled by PLC/7-inch touch screen to display the relevant testing parameters. The related detection data is exported via USB. The utility model has the advantages of strong universality, simple operation, convenient control and low failure rate.
