The vacuum cleaner hose torsion test machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB4706.7-2008, GB4706.61-2008 standard 21.104 and IEC 60335-2-2, IEC 60335-2-54, in the experiment, the hoses were fixed on the horizontal axis of the equipment, and the horizontal axis was rotated 5 times forward, then reversed 5 times, and the cycle test was 2500 times. After the test was finished, the electrical strength of the sample was tested. The test bench is controlled by PLC program and related parameters are set and recorded by 7-inch touch screen.
