The online flow testing platform for the suction suction integrated floor scrubber is mainly designed for conducting comprehensive performance flow testing on the production line of the washing suction integrated floor scrubber products. In accordance with the production line rhythm, PLC control is used for product offline. Through relevant program settings, energy-saving mode water volume, strong mode water volume, and other high and low level water consumption tests are carried out on the entire floor scrubber. The use of electronic weighting method for each water consumption collection effectively improves the accuracy of data repeatability. Through data collection, automatic judgment and relevant test data recording are carried out using the above and lower limit judgment methods.

The previous full inspection process. The testing platform adopts our independently developed PLC control system for control, with a 7-inch touch screen display. Through the control program, the testing items of the tested floor scrubber are automatically detected and data is collected. The upper and lower limits of the test data are judged, and the tested products are automatically judged as OK - qualified (green light display), NG - unqualified (red light display - with sound and light alarm)
