Intelligent toilet temperature sensor life testing machine is mainly suitable for a variety of temperature controllers for temperature characteristics and simulation of the actual working conditions of the life test. In the normal temperature-100 degrees water temperature test environment, through the system setting and control, the test of the temperature controller on/off action to test the relative test and judge whether qualified or not.  The whole equipment system is controlled by PLC program, manual quick installation, one-button Start Test mode.  The off-switch signals are collected by PLC to record the relevant off-switch temperature and reset temperature. When each station is abnormal in the test process, the control system gives an acoustic-optical alarm to the abnormal station and stops the test, without affecting the normal test of other stations. All test-related data can be exported via USB.
