The laser ruler test-bed is mainly used for the sweeping robot through the servo linear moving mechanism on the basis of the white standard test-board. At the adjustable speed of 0 -1 m/s, the test robot is driven to test the laser range on the relative standard test board
1.2 The test platform is controlled by PLC control system developed by our company. The 7-inch touch screen is displayed and the program is used to control the test action. The test control interface is in the front and top position of the device, equipped with a 17-inch touch-type industrial computer for the tester to test the data of the sweeping robot
1.3 The test stand is made of 4080 aluminum profiles. The test door adopts telescopic curtain structure, and has the function of automatic stop protection when opening the door. The inner sealing plate of the test area is composed of dark sheet metal structure, and the verticality of the screw is adjusted to ensure the accuracy of the test.
