The testing machine is controlled by PLC program, and the tested rolling brush motor is tested under simulated loading by external magnetic powder brake. The motor under test was 

subjected to a long time/interval torsion test with an adjustable load of 0-50Nms. 0-60V to provide independent power supply to each station, and monitor the current and voltage of each station. The related detection data is exported via USB. The testing machine has the advantages of strong generality, simple operation, convenient control and low failure rate
