Overview
The vacuum cleaner motor life test room is suitable for testing the life and performance of household appliances vacuum cleaner motors. Mainly for the durability life and performance test of AC and DC motors under working conditions. The main components of the motor life test room are composed of the test room body, the life test cabinet, the central control system, the exhaust system, the air inlet system, and temperature monitoring. The entire test and monitoring inside the test room is controlled by the central control cabinet control system in real time and the test environment is monitored. The inside of the test room is composed of 3 test cabinets, which independently detect and monitor 54 vacuum cleaners. The central control system is displayed through a 17-inch display, and the entire test room is controlled by a microcomputer + mechanical control instrument. Each test frame has an alarm for abnormal products in the process of life and performance testing.
