1. Overview:

The machine is mainly used to test the life of the washing machine aging, simulation of the actual ground washing machine running situation, in the test table laying carpet, hard floor, floor tiles and other materials. Through PLC control, the operating temperature of each station is collected and at the same time, the washing machine is driven to and fro running at the speed of 0-1M/test, through the external AC and DC power supply to the washing machine for direct power, in the test bench relative to do reciprocating walking action. The reciprocating straight-line aging test was carried out on different worktable surfaces at the preset speed and stroke. The testing machine is controlled by PLC/7-inch touch screen to display the relevant testing parameters. The related detection data is exported via USB. The utility model has the advantages of strong universality, simple operation, convenient control and low failure rate.
