Flow impact testing machine: used to measure the pressure drop, short-term flow impact, long-term flow impact, and other performance of hydraulic connectors. Its maximum test pressure can reach 5MPa, pressure display accuracy is 0.1MPa, system flow rate is 300L/Min, up to 6 channels can be tested simultaneously, the medium used is oil, it has power-down protection function, and the entire testing process can be automatically controlled by a computer.
Durability tester: By integrating a hydraulic power system, a plug-in drive system, and a data acquisition system, it can perform plug-in life testing, pressure resistance evaluation, and leakage monitoring. The device supports up to 100,000 cycles of testing, with a pressure range of 0-40MPa and an accuracy of ±0.5%. It can accurately capture the wear pattern of the joint during long-term use.
Air content tester: Equipped with high-precision pressure sensors and flow sensors, it can accurately capture and quantitatively analyze air content. It also supports various testing modes such as insertion and extraction leakage testing and flow resistance testing. With automatic control function, it can automatically complete the collection and analysis of test data and generate detailed test reports.
Low pressure leakage tester: suitable for both male and female connectors as well as complete sets of connectors, conducting a leakage test for at least 30 minutes under static pressure at a liquid height of 750mm. The control system is PLC, and the operation interface is a 7-inch color touch screen. The liquid level sensor has a measurement range of 0-1000mm and an accuracy of ± 0.5% FS. The diameter of the lever connecting rod can be customized according to the customer's joint
Plug in leakage tester: suitable for various types of hydraulic quick change fittings, capable of conducting plug in leakage testing. The control system is PLC, and the operation interface is a color 7-inch touch screen that can switch between Chinese and English. The pressure sensor has a range of 0-600Kpa and an accuracy of ± 0.5% FS, while the liquid level sensor has a range of 0-500mm and an accuracy of ± 0.5% FS
