Air conditioning motor stall test, mainly applicable to air conditioning motors (including fan motors, compressor motors) that comply with national and international safety standardssuch as GB 4706.1, IEC 60335-1), to verify their safety and reliability under stall fault conditions, it is to introduce a set of high-precision, automated, and traceable stall test systems. This system will be used for product R&D verification, type testing, and batch sampling on the production line.
II. Test procedure: Test steps:
1. Prepare the sample: Let the motor (or air conditioner with the motor installed) rest room temperature for testing.
2. Stall the rotor: Completely lock the motor rotor.
3. Apply voltage: Apply the rated voltage to the motor input.
4. Continuous testing: Let the motor continue to be powered under stall conditions until the protector acts to cut off the circuit.
5. Record data: Throughout process, it is necessary to monitor and record:
6. Time (t): The time elapsed from power-on to the protector's action.
. Winding temperature (T): Measure the temperature of the motor winding in real-time through a thermocouple, and record its peak temperature.
8. Stall (I): The current value of the motor at the moment of stall.
