The equipment is controlled by PLC, and the vacuum cleaner is driven by servo mechanism to the actual

 use conditions on the test carpet / floor for comprehensive evaluation test of vacuum cleaner dust removal capability test / cleaning capability test. The equipment drives the tested vacuum cleaner at a speed 0-1M/s through PLC related settings and control, and performs reciprocating dust removal on the test floor / carpet.

During the test, the removal performance test equipment of the vacuum cleaner, carpet dust removal,

 and hard floor dust removal capability test, the system collects relevant voltage, current, power, 

electricity and other parameters, records relevant test data. Relevant test data can be exported through

 USB and printed. It is widely used for vacuum cleaner production manufacturers and testing institutions 

in the cleaning industry to test the removal / cleaning ability of vacuum cleaners.
