Core equipment and technical conditions
- Main control system: PLC + touch screen, supporting independent control of three workstations and real-time data monitoring.
- Drive execution: Driven by pneumatic components, with adjustable smooth movements (typical speed of 6 times per minute) and a preset dwell time of 5 seconds per cycle.
- Pan clamp: compatible with 100–300mm flat pans, with multi-directional adjustable clamp and insulated high-temperature resistant material.
- Electrical parameters: input voltage AC 220V±10% 50Hz; air source pressure 0.6–0.8MPa; counting range 0–999999, presettable.
- Safety and linkage: Heating sensing is linked to equipment action counting; automatic alarm and shutdown occur when anomalies (heating failure) occur 1-10 times.
- Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature range of 0–60℃, humidity **<95%**, with control and power supply circuits independently isolated and resistant to interference.
Supporting testing and standard basis
- Safety standards: GB 4706.1 (General Safety), GB 4706.52 (Specifically for Electromagnetic Cookers).
- Electromagnetic compatibility: GB 4824 (radiated disturbance ≤74–80dBμV/m).
- Energy efficiency rules: JJF 1261.3 (Energy efficiency measurement).
- Key tests: leakage current, insulation resistance
Grounding continuity (≤0.1Ω), glow wire test, panel impact/thermal shock resistance, etc.
The induction cooker life test machine is manufactured in accordance with GB4706.52-2001. It utilizes a PLC main controller, coupled with a touch screen, to display and monitor various data. It features three independent testing stations, each with a separate switch or start button. The testing functions include overall machine aging testing, moving magnetic field cutting test, and handle durability test. This equipment is designed to test the comprehensive service life of induction cooker products and can test multiple units. It operates in an environment with a temperature range of 0-60°C and humidity levels below 95%. In the circuit design, the control circuit and the induction cooker power supply circuit are completely separate to eliminate potential interference and enhance system reliability.
