According to relevant standards, the equipment meets the requirements for static pressure, water pulse and other tests of the product, and is a specialized testing machine for pulse fatigue testing of the tested product with a maximum water pressure of 0.2-5.0Mpa. Commonly used to test whether the product's withstand voltage test, pulse test, and other tests meet the design requirements for use. The testing machine is controlled by PLC/industrial computer, and the relevant tests are completed through parameter setting and control.
The high-pressure pulse life testing machine (also known as hydraulic/water pressure pulse fatigue testing machine) simulates the fatigue life, sealing performance, and structural strength of pipelines, valves, and containers under repeated pressure shocks.
Test content
1. Pulse fatigue life test
-Apply high-pressure alternating pressure to the workpiece (increase pressure → maintain pressure → decrease pressure → maintain pressure)
-Settings: Peak/valley pressure, frequency, number of cycles
-Judgment: Whether there is rupture, leakage, deformation, or loose joint
2. Static pressure withstand/burst test
-Static pressure maintenance: maintain pressure under constant high pressure, measure leakage/deformation
-Blasting test: Continuously increase the pressure until the workpiece ruptures, and measure the blasting pressure
3. Sealing test
-Pulse/static pressure detection: external leakage, internal leakage, pressure drop rate
-Judgment: No visible leakage, pressure drop ≤ standard value
4. Temperature coupled pulse
-Medium temperature: -40 ℃~150 ℃
-Simulation: Combined working conditions of thermal shock and pressure pulse
