1. Traffic characteristic testing

-Test conditions: - Test medium: Room temperature clean water (25 ± 5 ℃)
-Test pressure: Inlet pressure 0.1-0.4MPa (rated working water pressure of water purifier)
-Flow range: 0.5-15 L/min (covering the common flow range of water purifiers)
-Judgment criteria: indication error ≤ ± 5% (QB/T 4143-2019 requirements for household water purifiers)
2. Dynamic response performance testing
-Test content: Start traffic (minimum start traffic), response time, stop hysteresis
-Test conditions: - Water flow rapidly steps from 0 to rated flow rate
-Record sensor signal output delay
-Requirement: Start flow rate ≤ 0.3 L/min; Response time ≤ 100ms
3. Sealing and pressure resistance testing
-Test content: Shell pressure resistance strength, sealing leakage
-Test conditions: - Water pressure: 1.5 times the rated working pressure (0.6MPa), hold pressure for 5 minutes
-Medium: Clear water
-Judgment: No rupture, no leakage (GB/T 15091-2014 Sealing standard for household water purifiers)
4. Electrical performance testing
-Test content: working voltage, current, signal amplitude, high and low levels, insulation resistance
-Test conditions: - Power supply voltage: DC 5V/12V (rated voltage of sensor)
-Environmental temperature: 25 ℃
-Requirement: The signal waveform is stable and there are no missing pulses; Insulation resistance ≥ 20M Ω
5. Durability/lifespan testing (reliability)
-Test content: water supply life, switch fatigue, cold and hot shock
-Test conditions: - Circulating flow rate: Rated flow rate
-Cycle times: ≥ 500000 times
-Water temperature cycle: alternating cold and hot temperatures between 5 ℃ and 45 ℃
-Judgment: After testing, the accuracy of the flow rate has decreased by ≤± 3%
6. Environmental adaptability testing
-Test content: high and low temperature, humid heat, vibration
-Test conditions: - Operating temperature: -10 ℃~60 ℃
-Humidity: 93% RH
