1. Pulse pressure cycling test
-Repeatedly increase, maintain, and release pressure according to the set pressure waveform
-Detect whether the inner liner leaks, ruptures, deforms, welds crack, or interfaces leak under alternating pressure
2. Pressure resistance test
-Static holding pressure: rated pressure × 1.5-3 times, holding pressure for 5-30 minutes, no leakage, no permanent deformation
-Blasting pressure: gradually increase the pressure until rupture, record the blasting pressure value and rupture location
3. Sealing test
-Testing under pressure: Check for leaks in interfaces, welds, flanges, and joints
-Commonly used: pressure drop method
4. Temperature coupling test
-High temperature water pulse (40-90 ℃)+pressure cycle
-Simulate the fatigue life under alternating cold and hot conditions in actual use
5. Test of lifespan and durability frequency
-Set cycle times: 10000 to 500000 times
-Inspection after reaching the number of times: appearance, size, sealing, pressure retention ability
6. Pressure waveform and parameter recording
-Real time collection: pressure value, boost time, hold time, release time, number of cycles, temperature
-Automatically generate pressure time curve
