Test content

1. Joint release cycle life

-Action: Quick plug/threaded joint connection → locking → releasing/loosening reciprocating cycle

-Cycle times: 50000 times

-Cycle speed: 5-20 times/minute

-Judgment: After cycling, there are no slipping teeth, broken buckles, worn threads, failed buckles, or looseness

2. Pressure resistant sealing test after cycling

-Low pressure: 0.03MPa hydrostatic pressure, hold for 5 minutes

-High pressure: Raise to 3MPa and hold for 5 minutes

-Judgment: No leakage, no rupture, no appearance deformation, no looseness of joints

3. Additional supporting testing

-Joint pull-out force: ≥ 1500N

-Nut torque strength: ≥ 15N · m
