Standard testing conditions
-Environment: Room temperature of 23 ± 5 ℃, humidity of 45% to 85%, good ventilation, no condensation, and no strong vibration/electromagnetic interference.
-Power supply: AC220V ± 5%/50Hz or 380V ± 5%, stable grounding, voltage fluctuation ≤ ± 5%.
-Medium: Clean water (free of impurities and bubbles), adjustable from 10-25 ℃ for cold water and 60-95 ℃ for hot water.
-Pressure: adjustable from 0 to 2.0MPa, PID constant pressure control, pressure stability accuracy ≤ ± 0.01MPa.
-Temperature control: Independent temperature control of hot and cold dual water tanks, temperature fluctuation ≤ ± 1 ℃, hot and cold switching time ≤ 5s.
-Installation: Horizontal foundation, vibration reduction treatment; The pressure resistance of the pipeline is ≥ 1.5 times the rated pressure, and there is no leakage in the seal.
Test content
1) Cold and hot alternating impact test
-Temperature cycle: alternating between cold water (15 ± 5 ℃) and hot water (85 ± 10 ℃), switching for 5-30 seconds, with 100000 cycles.
-Pressure shock: Apply a constant pressure of 0.5-2.0MPa synchronously during hot and cold alternation to simulate actual water hammer shock.
-Extreme operating conditions: Hot water at 95 ℃, cold water at 5 ℃, circulating at 1.2 times the rated pressure, to assess heat resistance and cold fatigue.
-Judgment: No cracks, deformations, or leaks; Pressure/temperature fluctuation ≤ ± 5%.
2) Constant pressure water supply performance test
-Pressure stability: 0.1-2.0MPa multi gear constant pressure, continuous operation for 24 hours, pressure deviation ≤ ± 0.02MPa.
-Flow pressure characteristics: flow range of 0-10m ³/h, measure pressure stability at different flow rates, and draw Q-P curves.
-Pressure response: When the load suddenly changes, the pressure recovery time is ≤ 0.5s, without overshoot/oscillation
-Voltage stabilization accuracy: Long term operating pressure fluctuation ≤ ± 1% FS, no drift.
3) On/off life test
-Cold and hot on-off: 5-second on/5-second off cycle, alternating cold and hot synchronization, 500000 to 1 million times.
-Pressure cycle: 0 → rated pressure → 0 cycle, frequency 10-30 times/minute, 500000 times without failure.
-Failure determination: leakage, unstable pressure, stuck switch, abnormal function.
4) Sealing and leakage testing
-Static sealing: Maintain 1.5 times the rated pressure for 30 minutes, with a pressure drop of ≤ 0.05MPa and no dripping.
-Dynamic sealing: Leakage rate ≤ 0.1mL/min under alternating hot and cold conditions and pressure shock.
-High and low temperature sealing: Soak in 95 ℃ hot water/5 ℃ cold water for 24 hours, and the sealing performance does not deteriorate.
5) Electrical and Control Performance
-Insulation/Voltage Endurance: Control circuit insulation resistance ≥ 5M Ω, AC1500V/1min voltage endurance without breakdown.
-Temperature control accuracy: The temperature control error of the hot and cold boxes is ≤± 1 ℃, and the switching response is ≤ 5s.
-Pressure control: PID automatic adjustment, overshoot ≤ 5%, steady-state error ≤± 0.01MPa.
-Protection function: Overload, overvoltage, overheating, water shortage, leakage alarm, abnormal automatic shutdown.
6) Environmental reinforcement testing
-High temperature durability: 40 ℃/85% RH environment, alternating cold and hot+constant pressure operation for 300 hours.
-Low temperature start-up: Let it stand in a -10 ℃ environment for 2 hours. After start-up, the pressure/temperature is normal and there are no faults.
