Standard testing conditions
-Environment: Room temperature 23 ± 5 ℃, humidity 45%~85%, no condensation, strong vibration and strong electromagnetic interference
-Power supply: AC220V ± 5%/50Hz (or according to motor specifications), voltage fluctuation ≤ ± 5%, reliable grounding
-Load simulation: Hysteresis/eddy current brake loading, adjustable torque from 0 to 50Nm, suitable for washing/dehydration motors
-Installation: The motor is horizontally fixed with a coaxiality of ≤ 0.1mm, and the pulley/coupling is matched without additional stress
-Operating condition: Continuous operation/intermittent cycle (running for 30 minutes → stopping for 5 minutes), simulating a real laundry program
Test content
1) Electrical performance testing
-Voltage/Current: Real time measurement of input voltage, operating current, and starting current (starting current ≤ 3 times rated)
-Power/Efficiency: Measure input power, output power, and efficiency (rated operating condition efficiency ≥ 70%).
-Insulation/Voltage Endurance: Before/after testing, the insulation resistance should be ≥ 100M Ω and AC1500V should withstand voltage for 1 minute without breakdown.
-Winding temperature rise: B-class ≤ 80K, F-class ≤ 105K, temperature sensor accuracy ± 0.5 ℃
2) Mechanical performance testing
-Torque/speed: Real time collection of output torque and speed, drawing T-n curve, speed fluctuation ≤ ± 2%
-Vibration/Noise: Vibration ≤ 2.5mm/s (ISO 10816), Noise ≤ 65dB (A) (0.5m distance)
-Bearing status: Temperature ≤ 70 ℃, no abnormal noise, jamming, or looseness.
3) Load life test
-Rated load life: Continuous operation at 100% rated torque for 500-1000 hours, or intermittent cycling for 500000 times.
-Overload life: Operating at rated torque of 110% to 120% for 200 to 300 hours, assessing reliability under extreme working conditions
-Start stop lifespan: Switching between forward and reverse rotation (10 seconds of forward rotation → 10 seconds of reverse rotation), 500000 times without any faults
-Failure determination (any nonconformity)
-Electrical: insulation breakdown, current fluctuation ≥ 20%, power attenuation ≥ 15%.
-Mechanical: Bearing jamming, sudden drop in speed, excessive vibration, abnormal noise
-Temperature rise: winding overheating, odor, smoke.
4) Environmental reinforcement testing
-High temperature lifespan: Operating at rated load for 300 hours in an environment of 40 ℃/85% RH.
-High and low temperature cycling: -10 ℃ → 23 ℃ → 40 ℃ cycling, each for 100 hours, with no abnormal performance
