Core testing content
1. Voltage withstand pulse life test
-Pressure cycle: 0.1MPa → 0.8MPa → 0.1MPa, cycle ≥ 500 times (standard) or 100000 times
-Testing items: no leakage, no deformation, no cracks; Flow attenuation ≤ 15%; Sealed without failure
-Applicable: complete machine, filter bottle, RO membrane shell, pressure tank, connector/pipeline
2. Static pressure withstand test
-Step by step pressurization: Starting from 0.1MPa, maintain pressure for 10 minutes at each step until reaching the rated pressure
-Test item: no leakage under pressure; Pressure drop ≤ allowable value; No abnormalities found in the interface/weld seam
3. Blasting pressure test
-Continuous pressure increase: rate of 0.5MPa/s until rupture, record the burst pressure and rupture location
-Qualified threshold: filter bottle ≥ 3.5MPa; Whole machine/membrane shell ≥ 2.4MPa
4. Water hammer impact test
-Simulate water hammer: 1.05MPa peak, high-frequency pulse, assess instantaneous impact resistance.
-Test items: No bursting, no detachment, and no leakage in sealing.
5. Temperature coupling durability test
-High temperature pulse: 40-90 ℃ hot water+pressure cycle, simulating long-term high-temperature aging.
-Freeze thaw cycle: alternate from -20 ℃ to room temperature, test low-temperature crack resistance
6. Sealing and leakage detection
-Pressure holding leak detection: Focus on detecting leaks at interfaces, end caps, welds, and sealing rings.
-Pressure drop method: pressure drop after holding pressure ≤ specified value
