Test content
1. Water hammer pulse fatigue test (core) - cyclic waveform: 0.1MPa → 1.05MPa → 0.1MPa, simulating valve start stop water hammer impact. -Testing items: - No leakage, no cracks, no permanent deformation. -The interface/end cap/weld seam is free of cracks, and the sealing ring does not fail. -Stable peak pressure without abnormal pressure drop. -Applicable: complete machine, filter bottle, RO membrane shell, pressure tank, connector/pipeline.
2. Voltage withstand pulse life test (alternating fatigue) - pressure cycle: 0.1MPa → 0.8MPa → 0.1MPa, with 100000 cycles. -Assessment: Structural durability and sealing fatigue resistance under long-term alternating pressure. -Judgment: No leakage, no deformation; Flow attenuation ≤ 15%.
3. Static pressure resistance test (static holding pressure) - Step by step pressurization: starting from 0.1MPa, holding pressure for 10 minutes at each step, up to 1.6MPa. -Testing: No leakage during pressure maintenance; Pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa/30min.
4. Water hammer impact+temperature coupling test (environmental stress) - High temperature water hammer: 40 ℃ hot water+1.05MPa pulse, cycling 50000 times. -Hot and cold alternation: run 90 ℃ hot water for 30 minutes → run cold water (15 ℃) for 30 minutes, with a cycle of ≥ 100 times. -Assessment: Heat aging resistance of seals, thermal deformation of plastic parts, and thermal shock resistance of structures.
5. Burst pressure test (ultimate strength) - continuous pressure rise: rate of 0.5MPa/s until rupture, record the burst pressure. -Qualified threshold: filter bottle ≥ 3.5MPa; The whole machine/membrane shell is ≥ 2.4MPa.
6. Sealing and Leakage Detection - Pressure Leak Detection: Focus on detecting leaks at interfaces, end caps, welds, and sealing rings. -Pressure drop method: hold pressure for 30 minutes, pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa.
