1.1 The diaphragm pump (production line) testing station is customized and designed according to relevant industry testing standards and customer testing requirements. The testing station is universally applicable for switching between AC and DC diaphragm pump products. DC uses terminal block wiring, while AC uses universal sockets. The entire machine automatically switches between three voltages (115V, 220V/230V) (with 4 stations as a group for automatic switching). The tested AC/DC diaphragm pump products undergo comprehensive pre-delivery usage condition testing, and the system automatically judges based on the test data. Qualified - OK. Unqualified - NG. The system also provides audible and visual alarms for each testing station.

2. The testing station adopts a 10+2 testing station mode, where the actual 2 stations are for comprehensive performance testing of the entire machine, and the other 10 stations are for life testing of the entire machine. The control system uses self-developed control software to perform independent testing and data acquisition for the 12 stations, and records data in a curve format.

3. Comprehensive performance testing mode for the entire machine: AC and DC voltage, current, power, pressure, head, valve body opening angle adjustment, flow detection, temperature, etc.

 Complete machine lifespan test mode: AC/DC voltage, current, power, pressure, temperature.

4. The testing station is controlled by PLC, with a 17-inch industrial touch screen displaying relevant test parameters and data. It tests various parameters of the diaphragm water pump products before they leave the factory, including operating current, water head, water flow rate, and heating temperature. The control system automatically monitors and judges the upper and lower limits of each parameter in real time. The control system provides real-time display and judgment of test data for each station, using touch display to indicate whether the products at each station are unqualified (NG) or qualified (OK), as well as display relevant test reports.

1.3 The main body of the equipment is made of 40X80 stainless steel square tube profiles and welded with 304# stainless steel water tanks. It adopts a straight-line arrangement, and the testing stations are composed of four sets of test racks in a spliced manner. Each set consists of four stations, with a total of 12 stations operating and testing independently. The combination of spliced test racks effectively solves the problems of on-site transportation and installation.

1.4 Each workstation of the testing platform is equipped with a 1500W DC power supply for independent DC power supply and variable frequency power supply (note: the variable frequency power supply is provided by the customer). AC testing uses an external dual voltage selection power supply (220V mains power, variable frequency power). Users can switch between test voltages according to their needs. Each workstation is equipped with operation indicator lights, waterproof plugs, pointer pressure gauges, valves, start button switches, independent emergency stop buttons, and related work operation indicator lights. The panel of each testing workstation is equipped with corresponding DC power supply terminals, AC power sockets, alarm indicator lights, standard conditions, etc. Each workstation is independently detected, controlled, and indicated by indicator lights, and the workstations are not affected by each other.

1.5 Japanese PLC control, equipped with a 17-inch touch independent display screen. Program control, through which the output valve control of 2 stations is performed, and relevant data such as current, water head, water flow, temperature, etc. are displayed and recorded in real time. The 10 stations are independent on-off aging tests, where current, water pressure (head), and temperature are detected and data collected in real time

1.6 One-button start test. The system automatically determines whether the product is qualified or unqualified, and displays the control through the indicator lights (qualified - green light, unqualified - red light with audible and visual alarms). Relevant test data can be exported and printed via USB. The testing machine adopts ergonomic design, and the equipment operation utilizes an independently developed system, making it easy to operate and requiring no specialized personnel.
