The filter paper resistance testing equipment is primarily designed based on customer requirements and relevant testing standards. The control system primarily consists of a wind speed tester, wind speed sensor, resistance detector, atomization system, blowing system, temperature acquisition system, industrial integrated computer, high-speed acquisition card, and other key components. Data is collected through relevant modules and processed by the industrial computer for recording.
The equipment is controlled by PLC, and the system module monitors various data such as air temperature, air volume, air pressure, temperature and humidity inside the pipeline, sample resistance, water blocked by the sample, spray water volume, atmospheric pressure, temperature, and humidity of the testing environment. It automatically generates data curves, and the tested data can be stored and output as test reports and curves according to user requirements.
The fixed bracket adopts a universal joint design, allowing users to make arbitrary adjustments according to actual usage
