The equipment is mainly used for detecting the action and reset temperature of normally closed or normally open type jump type temperature controllers.
This equipment is divided into three parts: furnace body, electrical box, and computer. The furnace body is located in front of the electrical box, and the computer and monitor are installed in the rack. The fan blades inside the furnace evenly and quickly blow the heat generated by the heater from the bottom of the furnace to the top of the furnace, causing the workpiece to be tested placed on the furnace fixture to be heated. The workstation indicator lights on the electrical box show the status of each workstation workpiece. There is a valve on the top of the furnace and a blower at the bottom of the furnace. When the furnace temperature needs to drop rapidly, they can be opened automatically or manually.
The electrical box is mainly controlled by a PLC to operate various executing components. There is a high-precision temperature gauge on the panel to display and control the furnace temperature, and to transmit relevant information to the computer and receive control instructions from the computer.
The computer part consists of a host, a monitor, a keyboard, and a 422A/232A converter. It accepts instructions from the operator and communicates with relevant components of the electrical box, continuously collecting temperature and switch information to make the executing components work according to relevant programs. After completing the detection, the relevant results can be saved.
