Perform on/off signal detection without load, use IO to achieve on/off testing and IO signal on/off judgment. Conduct service life testing and judgment on the test switch through different gears and rotation angles, and the PLC controller automatically judges whether it is qualified or unqualified. The PLC control system automatically records the number of relevant tests, test time, test cycle, etc., and records the number of relevant non conformities and alarm time. The relevant test parameter system automatically saves the relevant test data and can export the data through USB.

4. The testing machine is assembled with aluminum profiles and powder coated sheet metal, and the fast wiring terminal provides independent power supply to each workstation. Each workstation is equipped with running, stopping, and alarm indicator lights. The equipment is equipped with movable casters and foot cups for fixing.
