1. The vacuum cleaner performance test bench is manufactured in accordance with GB/T20291.1, IEC60312, and IEC62885 standards (national and European standards). The test parameters of the vacuum cleaner performance test bench include voltage, current, input power, power factor, suction power, speed, flow rate, vacuum degree, and efficiency of the vacuum cleaner. The air performance testing platform adopts a self-developed control system for program control and testing, integrating European standard testing mode and national standard testing mode. The vacuum cleaner specialized testing equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of national and European standards IEC60312, designed with an A-type pressure equalization box according to the relevant standards of European standards IEC60312 and IEC62885, is suitable for air data testing of cleaning products such as vacuum cleaners. Through program control on the upper computer, relevant test data can be exported via USB. The testing platform is widely used by various vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions to test the air performance of vacuum cleaners.
2. The main functions of the vacuum cleaner air performance testing bench are:
2-1. Control the angle opening through a servo valve to simulate the orifice diameter, and select the angle opening and closing of the valve through the PLC pulse output controlled by the upper computer. Test and collect air performance product suction, flow rate, and other air data at different angles. Our company independently developed an upper computer data acquisition system, which uses pressure transmitters to collect and save real-time data on input voltage, current, input power, power factor, frequency, output power, flow rate, and vacuum degree of the vacuum cleaner during testing. The relevant test data is exported through USB.
2-2. Draw the relationship curves between vacuum degree, input power, suction power, and efficiency based on the data from each test.
2-3. The device adopts a 17 inch touch computer display, which can display real-time test electrical parameters, maximum/minimum air volume, vacuum degree, input power, suction power, and efficiency; When the air duct is fully closed, test parameters such as maximum/minimum vacuum degree and input power and record them.
2-4. The tested data can be stored and test reports and curves can be output according to user requirements.
2-5. Equalizer box: According to the standard IEC60312 (Type A design)
