By switching between different blocking aperture plates, the clogging situation of vacuum cleaners during daily use is simulated, which affects their lifespan. The testing of this image is mainly aimed at the equipment for testing the operating conditions and long-term aging sealing life of the entire DC vacuum cleaner. The testing room is composed of a whole machine aging test bench, a central control system, and other components. The interior of the testing room is independently inspected and monitored by one testing rack for five vacuum cleaners. The central control system adopts a 10 inch touch display and is controlled by a PLC in conjunction with a self-developed control system for the entire testing room. The testing system conducts relevant data analysis and collection on the tested product. Each testing rack is equipped with an alarm and independent shutdown function to detect any abnormalities during the product's lifespan and performance testing process. The system automatically records relevant abnormal data. The data saving function allows for data export via USB.
