The service life test bench for power vehicle solenoid valve components is mainly designed based on relevant testing standards and industry testing standards, taking into account the requirements of customer sample usage characteristics. It is mainly suitable for durability aging tests of FXD1 and FXD3 power D4/D4 repair valve bodies.
Using gas as the test driving source, the tested valve body components are subjected to long-term on/off aging and pressure sealing tests with pre-set test pressure, power supply voltage, and current. The power supply voltage range can be used for both AC and DC products through an external power supply. Through our independently
developed control system, the multi station valve body components are subjected to durability on/off life tests, pressure holding tests, signal output detection, pantograph raising/lowering pressure/ADD pressure values, pressure relief valve pressure values, and switch signals in a
programmable manner under specified test pressure conditions..
2 . The main components of the testing equipment include the central control system, testing rack, constant voltage supply device, and pressure holding fixture.
3. The testing machine adopts a 4080 aluminum profile frame, which is assembled by spraying powder on the outer sheet metal. The equipment has a simple and beautiful appearance, with the advantages of easy operation, humanized design, and no need for dedicated personnel to operate,.
4. The water supply system adopts a self-developed control system, PLC main control, and multi-stage booster water pumps as constant pressure water drive sources. A 10 inch touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC control are used to monitor the real-time on-off operation of multiple valve bodies through pressure signals. Continuous aging,
intermittent on-off aging, and long-term pressure holding aging tests are conducted with 0-999999 aging cycles. The pressure detection module, IO signal module, and current acquisition module are used to real-time detect the pressure, current, and IO signal on/off of each workstation, and automatically determine whether the product is
qualified or unqualified. The relevant test data is automatically saved and can be exported via USB.
