The vacuum cleaner torsion and swing test bench is mainly used to test the long-term torsion and swing life of the vacuum cleaner handle shaft and the floor brush shaft position. The vacuum cleaner handle is clamped and fixed at both ends through a fixture, and the servo transmission mechanism drives the handle to continuously reciprocate and swing for testing. The torsion angle can be adjusted continuously in the forward and backward directions by the PLC, and the torsion speed can be set according to the test implementation of 0-100 revolutions per minute.                 

The test bench is controlled by PLC program and the relevant parameters are set and recorded through a 7-inch touch screen. The equipment is assembled from aluminum profiles.
